At GraceKart, we value your trust and aim to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Sale or Clearance items are not eligible unless damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID, product photos, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and approve the return if it meets our policy criteria.
- Ship the product back using a reliable courier service (return shipping cost may apply unless faulty).
3. Refund Policy
- Refund starts once we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges depend on stock availability.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
