Refund policy

At GraceKart, we value your trust and aim to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Sale or Clearance items are not eligible unless damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID, product photos, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and approve the return if it meets our policy criteria.
  3. Ship the product back using a reliable courier service (return shipping cost may apply unless faulty).

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund starts once we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
