  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

  • Customized or personalized bag products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide clear images or videos of the product for verification.
  • Once verified, a replacement or refund will be initiated.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact Grace Kart customer support with order details and reason for return.
  • Return requests without prior approval may not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for securely packing the product before shipping.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time is 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or wrong product delivery.
